Contacting us is easy.  Our telephone and fax numbers and our address are listed above.  During office hours, we generally have staff who answer your calls directly.  If you have a question for a doctor or nurse, you will be able to leave a message with a receptionist for a call back.  Our nurses strive to call everyone back within an hour.  Sometimes, during times of high calling volume, you may be transferred to a phone messaging system that will allow you to leave a detailed message and receive a call back as soon as someone is free.  When the office is closed, you can still contact us by calling our usual phone number (648-KIDS).  When the system answers, you will be given the option of leaving a message for the next business day or, if you need to speak to someone right away, you can choose to be transferred to our answering service (Rincon Communications).  They will take your message and page the nurse or doctor on call, who will then call you back to answer your question.  In rare circumstances when our telephone system is malfunctioning and you keep getting a busy signal or the telephone just rings and rings, you can call our answering service directly at 790-2121.
